Grief Journaling Through the Holidays: Sign up!

Hi Courageous Mamas! Joli here. I have an announcement for you!

The holidays are coming, and I’m a little anxious. Last year during the holidays, I was pregnant with Jonah, so this year might be a little sad. I mean, it would be sad anyway, considering he’s supposed to be here, right?

If I’m in this situation, a lot of you probably are, too – facing the holidays without your baby. I’ve been trying to journal more lately, and I definitely want to journal during the holidays. I think it’ll help make it through ❤ So, I decided to host a group daily grief journal project over the holidays.

Will you journal with me?

Here’s how it’ll work. If you give me your email address, I’ll enroll you. You’ll get an email from me with the daily prompt, from November 1 through January 5th. It’ll be through MailChimp, so you’ll be able to unsubscribe from the list if you want to stop.

Each day, I’ll also put up a corresponding chat in the forum here on There, you’ll have the chance to chat about the prompt with other loss mamas (and fathers!). It’s up to you how much you want to do – you could do just the journaling, or just the daily forum chat, or any combination. I know we’re all busy during the holidays, but carving out just a couple minutes per day for yourself to write is so soothing and healing.

Ready to journal with me through the holidays, and hold each other up through a season that might be difficult? Sign up here ❤
